Warranty - Shipping - Payments

WARRANTY: We want you to be well pleased with your purchase. If you purchased an item and it fails within 14 days bring it back WITH the receipt and if we have a replacement in stock we will provide a replacement, If we do not have a replacement in stock, we reserve the right to either repair or issue a refund. This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence (b) normal wear and tear, (c) defects caused by alterations, modifications, repair and servicing not made or authorized by management.

SHIPPING: Packages are usually shipped within 48-72 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday) Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator at checkout. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

PICKUP: Items can be purchased and picked up at one of our locations at no additional charge. Please be sure to contact to confirm location for item maybe at either our New Holland or Kutztown store. We do transfers between stores once a week. However we encourage you to stop in and touch feel try out the item if at all possible.

HOLDING ITEMS: We will NOT hold any unpaid items, this is a first pay first serve.

POLICY Inspectors and listing agents use their best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. We make no express or implied factory warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
